When you are using your GravityFit TPro for any club in hand work (eg dry drills, hitting shots, practising putts) where your hands are together on the club, we recommend removing the spikey dome.
This allows you to maintain contact between the side paddles and your scapula, ensuring a good golf posture throughout your movement.
When you are using the GravityFit TPro for golf drills that don't require a club, or for any GravityFit exercise, we recommend leaving the spikey dome in.
Good postural alignment in these situations is when you can feel equal pressure between the spikes and the two side paddles resting on your scapula.
