There are very few training tools I use outside of measurement technology, but the GravityFit TPro is one I believe in and see real benefits from. What sets it apart is that the athlete must do the work, building feel and developing the right feedback loops.
In the example shown, the TPro is used for posture awareness, thorax–pelvis balance, side bend, and rotation. The process starts with dry drills (no club), then partial swings, then full swings. After removing the TPro, players transfer that feedback into their routine.
Structure and feedback are critical. My mantra: set the intention, commit your attention, and trust the process.
