So put on your TPro, and try some of the drills and exercises we have recorded for you. Either green or yellow bands can be used in the TPro, but ideally the firmer green bands are more suited to strength and stability work, while the yellow are well suited to skill acquisition drills, particularly when working with golf club in hand.
