GolfWRX.com contributor Kane Cochran approached our very own Nick Randall (Strength and Conditioning Coach to elite golfers and PGA Tour player Cameron Smith) back in 2016 to see if he could improve his game by utilizing a tour-proven approach to fitness, adjusted for the time and skill level of an amateur.
The Thoracic Pro, or ‘TPro’ as it’s more commonly known, played a large part in his improved posture and scapula control, resulting in huge gains out on the driving range.
Three years on, the TPro plays a large part in both amateur and Tour professionals’ golf training regimes.
